Lydia has a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in psychology and minor in education from the University of Canterbury. She joined Information Leadership at the end of 2016 and is working part-time while completing her Masters of Science in Applied Psychology.


Previous work in the health and commerce sectors, as well as her university training, have given Lydia excellent skills in communication, understanding needs, working with others, attention to detail, and time management. Lydia is a practical person who loves the challenge of learning a broad range of skills including SharePoint, marketing, mind mapping, and other business systems and processes.
