What Sarah's Clients Have Said..

“Sarah worked with our Management Team to develop our organisation’s Information Charter and Recordkeeping Framework.  Her impeccable professional style, together with exceptional analytical capabilities resulted in her providing us with very clear options that we could adopt to deal with our hard copy, and electronic records.

Sarah has guided us through the various steps of our journey, has provided us with training opportunities, and through an in-depth knowledge of our culture enabled us to structure this major change in a very practical way.  Sarah has had a myriad of experience of different organisations grappling with this new field and has always without fail, been able to identify steps that suit our organisation.

Her company’s input into Archives New Zealand’s draft policies and Records Management training days ensures we are not wasting our time pursuing methods that will not comply with the Public Records Act. We continue to use the services of Information Leadership, receive recommendations and support from Sarah, but at all times the decisions made are ours.”

Margaret Mattsen, Records Officer, SIT

"Sarah is definitely an expert in her field, has a wide range of experience to draw on, & has a very personable manner. I got on well with Sarah personally and professionally, & she interacted well with all members of staff. Sarah worked very hard with us to deliver an excellent outcome and seemed to take a very strong personal commitment to the successful outcome of the project. Her energy and enthusiasm rubbed off on those she came into contact with, and she was able to have fun while doing so."
