Using SharePoint to Create Smart Solutions for NZ Healthcare Providers
Information Leadership’s David Seel and Chris Walmsley the IT Manager at Rotorua General Practice Group are presenting at the ShareThePoint™ conference on Tuesday 16 April 2013, 4.15 - 5.15pm.
Rotorua General Practice Group (RGPG) initially implemented a SharePoint solution to manage scanned enrolment forms for each of their practices. This formed the basis for creating smart solutions for a wider audience. Expanded services included more collaboration, communication and document management tools.
PrimeWise is a great example. It’s a collaboration solution that enables Primary Health Organisations to centrally manage collaboration and the resources their practices need. EnrolWise is another excellent illustration. It serves as a repository for enrolment forms, but has the additional benefit of search and reporting tools that ensure RGPG can meet their compliance and audit obligations.
David and Chris will share their experience of building the server infrastructure, developing the information design, SharePoint branding and building the PrimeWise and EnrolWise templates to roll out to RGPG’s practices.
