David is an outstanding technical and project leader who has been with Information Leadership for 15 years. He has deep technical and systems knowledge as well as experience delivering projects across complex organisations in multiple sectors.
Mark is an experienced technical solutions consultant. He brings cutting edge usability design and best practices in business analysis, infrastructure and information architecture into modern digital workplaces.
Katherine can take charge of any Microsoft 365 project with well planned and thought through solutions to business needs. From intranet, data analysis and governance through to business process review and improvement.
Ian is one of New Zealand's top SharePoint experts, having worked at Microsoft for 10 years prior to joining Information Leadership. His expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 is invaluable, and he regularly mentors Information Leadership and customer staff.
Jos' experience spans more than 20 years and he excels at sharing new technology and ways of working. He puts his second-to-none trouble shooting skills to work as lead architect for Information Leadership's iWorkplace product line.
Kristy uses her pragmatic and organised approach as a superb project and design lead for ECM projects. This includes a specialty for Council EDRMS and ECM implementations.

We have recognised and proven expertise in recordkeeping and PRA compliance. This includes developing and delivering Archives NZ public PRA compliance training for the last three years.
We have done strategy, design and implementation assignments in the bulk of EDRMS and ECM systems used in New Zealand, including Dataworks, Hummingbird (Livelink), Objective, SharePoint and TRIM.
iWorkplace is our methodology, training iLabs and Apps for extending SharePoint for PRA compliance, document management, intranets and specific information and knowledge management solutions.
Information Leadership was formed by Sarah Heal and Grant Margison in 2004. Sarah and Grant remain active in leading the business as well as conference presentations and workshops.
Their book on information management, "Flapping to Flying: Getting value not Grief from Information Technology" articulates our user centred philosophy for information and knowledge management. The book's models are regularly used in our consulting assignments and implementations.
