Prepare solution status reports in collaboration with other team members, so that everyone is kept informed, and we can share our smarts internally and with our customers.
Contribute to SharePoint installations for customers.
Triage and resolve support calls for on-premise and online SharePoint customers.
Complete add/change/remove requests for customers and Information Leadership.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
Experience in triaging, diagnostics and resolution of customer issues.
Experience in managing a support workload queue.
